If you've never booked a stripper before, the process can feel weirdly opaque — there's no obvious "official" channel, prices vary wildly across the internet, and a lot of the agencies you'll find on Google have zero reviews, zero contact details, and zero accountability. This guide is the result of seven years of running bookings in Spain. By the end of it, you'll know exactly what to look for, what to pay, and what red flags to walk away from.
1. Is it legal to hire a stripper in Spain?
Yes. Adult entertainment services delivered in private settings (a rented villa, a hotel suite, a chartered yacht, a private apartment) are entirely legal in Spain when all performers and attendees are over 18 and the show is consensual. The grey area is public performance — strip shows in public spaces or in venues without the correct entertainment licence are not legal. That's why every booking we accept is for a private setting.
2. How much does a stripper cost in Spain?
Average market prices in 2026 are:
- Solo show (20-25 minutes): €120 to €180. The most common booking, perfect for a single surprise reveal at a hen or stag.
- Duo show (30-45 minutes): €250 to €350. Two performers, synchronised choreography, much more theatre.
- Premium / VIP package (45-60 minutes): €400 to €600. Custom playlist, multiple costume changes, theme-specific routines (police officer, doctor, fireman, etc.).
- Yacht or villa premium (60+ minutes): €550 to €700. Travel covered, extended show, full photo session.
Watch out for: any agency that only quotes a "from £80" price without specifying total cost. That's almost always a hook to upsell you on the day with "extras" you didn't agree to.
3. What separates a good agency from a bad one?
Six markers. If any of these are missing, walk away:
- Real contact details. A WhatsApp number with an actual human answering inside 10 minutes during business hours. If you only get a generic email form, that's a red flag.
- Transparent total pricing. The price quoted to you should be the total. No hidden travel fees inside the city, no per-attendee surcharges, no compulsory tips.
- 30% deposit max. Reputable agencies take a 25-30% deposit. Anyone asking for 100% upfront is taking your money before they've earned trust.
- Online reviews on neutral platforms. Google reviews, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor (entertainment category). Reviews only on the agency's own site = not enough.
- Vetting policy on performers. Ask the question directly: "How do you vet your performers?" A good agency answers immediately and specifically (interviews, references, trial shows, ID verification).
- Clear cancellation policy. Written down, sent to you, before you pay.
4. The booking workflow we use at HireAStripper.es
For full transparency, here's literally what happens when you message us:
- You WhatsApp us at +34 695 858 978 with: date, time, venue address or postcode, group size, performer preference (male / female / either), and any context (it's a surprise for the bride, the groom is going to be very drunk by 11pm, etc.).
- We respond within 5-10 minutes during business hours (10am-2am CET) with: confirmed availability, total price, and a deposit link.
- You pay 30% deposit by card / bank transfer / PayPal. Booking is locked.
- 24 hours before the show: we confirm the performer's name, contact and ETA window. You give us a primary contact in the group.
- On the night: performer arrives in plain clothes at the agreed time (typical window: 15 minutes either side). They change in a private room (bathroom, bedroom, etc.). The show starts when you signal you're ready.
- After the show: balance paid in cash to the performer. Performer leaves discreetly. We follow up by WhatsApp the next morning.
5. Common scams and how to spot them
The three big ones:
- The bait-and-switch. The performer in the photos isn't the performer who shows up. Solution: ask for the performer's name in advance and check their Instagram (we do this on every booking).
- The cash-only no-receipt agency. If they refuse to issue a deposit invoice or confirmation, that's a tax-and-trust red flag.
- The "no-show with deposit kept." Solved by booking through agencies with a cancellation policy that benefits you. Read the policy before paying.
6. What about tips?
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If the show was great, hand the performer a tip directly at the end. Standard tip ranges from €20 to €100 depending on group budget and how good the show was. 100% goes to the performer (we don't take a cut).
7. Booking checklist
Before you confirm: confirm performer name and Insta · confirm total price in writing · confirm cancellation policy · confirm arrival time window · confirm the venue is OK with private entertainment (most hotels are fine if the booking is discreet).
